Veritas Valuations is pleased to announce our most recent product offering, commercial evaluations. Effective April 9, 2018, the appraisal threshold stipulated in the Interagency Evaluation and Appraisal Guidelines permitting the use of evaluations in the place of appraisals (in certain circumstances) increased to $500,000.

Restricted Appraisals
A restricted appraisal is for a single user and entails the same analysis as an appraisal report. The difference? A restricted appraisal report ‘states’ a description of the property, the analysis, and conclusions rather than ‘describing’ and may include fewer exhibits, cutting production time and saving you money.
Commercial Appraisals
Commercial appraisals are our most comprehensive product. These reports describe the characteristics of the subject property, explain demographic and geographic trends, and challenges faced in valuing specific property types and how these challenges were confronted during the analysis process. Appraisal reports are filled with exhibits, typically including floodmaps, tax maps, traffic and zoning maps, and providing a thorough description of the analysis performed.
